With twenty five years experience teaching yoga, we are less about ‘Instagram’ yoga and more about  achievable yoga for everyday life.  That doesn’t mean you won’t find anything challenging in the class.  It does mean that you will have options and choices around the postures, and a strong foundation of knowledge to base those choices on. 

Yoga has been around for five thousand years now, and we’ve all heard about it’s numerous benefits to physical and mental health, including increased muscle tone, strength and flexibility. We don’t seem to hear as much about the emotional benefits.  Yoga can help you to regulate strong emotions and foster a sense of connection with your body.  This connection also helps us to connect with others, increasing our sense of community, and helping to lessen feelings of isolation and anxiety.
