Accessible yoga for regular people

We provide trauma sensitive yoga classes for everyone including corporates, community groups and not for profits. We believe that yoga is for everyone. Yoga is a practical usable tool that anyone can use to gain physical and mental balance and increase their sense of wellbeing. Yoga is about feeling good about yourself and your body and getting more out of every single day. It is not a fashion statement. 

Since 1998, we have been providing accessible, enjoyable yoga classes for individuals, school classes and corporate groups. Our classes are suitable for beginners through to intermediate level students. We encourage and support you to develop your yoga practice at your own pace, and to experience the deep relaxation and sense of rejuvenation that yoga has to offer.

We commenced trauma-sensitive yoga sessions five years ago in response to growing student requests and our awareness of the positive effects that yoga can have on those effected by personal trauma.
